Q - How do I become a customer?
A - We sell wholesale only to pre-qualified businesses. If you have a business, please complete our preliminary account application form.

Q - Can you match the price I'm paying from another source?
A - On the vast majority of products we can beat or match any legitimate competitor's price. Learn more.

 

Q - What is the shipping cost?
A - Customers in the 48 contiguous states can select a flat shipping fee of $6.75 per shipment (back-orders will incur an additional shipping charge for each shipment). All other customers pay actual shipping cost. We will use the most cost effective, fast and reliable shipping method based on the order and destination. If you have any questions please contact us.

 

Q - I can't find the product I need. What should I do?
A - We're constantly adding new products. We can also source products we don't stock as a special order. Please contact us.

 

Q - What's your minimum order?
A - Minimum initial order is $150.00. Re-orders $75.00.

 

Q - Can your sales representative come to my bead store?
A - Our sales representatives visit bead stores and large volume jewelry manufacturers throughout the U.S. In addition, we exhibit at several trade shows, and welcome customers at our Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY showrooms. Please contact us to make arrangements to see our line.

 

Q - Do you ship internationally?
