A - We sell wholesale only to pre-qualified businesses. If you have a business, please complete our preliminary account application form.
Q - Why can't I see prices?
A - You have to sign in to access prices and other advanced website features.
Q - I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
A - Click here to request a password reminder.
Q - Can you match the price I'm paying from another source?
A - On the vast majority of products we can beat or match any legitimate competitor's price. Please contact us.
Q - I can't find the product I need. What should I do?
A - We're constantly adding new products. We can also source products we don't stock as a special order. Please contact us.
Q - What's your minimum order?
A - Minimum initial order is $150.00. Re-orders $75.00.
Q - Can your sales representative come to my bead store?
A - Our sales representatives visit bead stores and large volume jewelry manufacturers throughout the U.S. In addition, we exhibit at several trade shows, and welcome customers at our Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY showrooms. Please contact us to make arrangements to see our line.
Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Yes, we ship worldwide.
