Ordering online requires prior wholesale customer registration and approval. If you don't have an active account with us, please register first. This website is our best source for information on prices and product availability. We recommend placing your orders online for the most accurate and quickest fulfillment. If you don't see what you're looking for, we are happy to try to source products we don't stock. For special product orders, large volume inquires or any question you may have, please contact us.
We offer convenient and secure payment options integrated with our shopping cart. When you place an order with us, your credit card funds are only reserved during checkout. The actual charging against your account is done later at the moment your order is shipped. For customers outside the United States, we accept pre-payment by bank transfer. Please note bank transfers below USD$1000.00 are subject to an additional fee of USD$30.00

We strive to give you very competitive wholesale prices upfront. We encourage you to compare our prices and see for yourself. If you find any product where our price is not competitive, please contact us and we will do our best to match or beat it. In addition to our great everyday prices, periodically we offer discounts, promotions and incentives that bring your overall cost down further. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Paterson, NJ to customers throughout the world via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Typical order processing time is 2-5 business days. Out of stock and special order items may take longer to ship. In addition to order processing times, please allow for time in transit which varies by destination and shipping method. Despite our best efforts, we may need to back-order items that are not marked on our website as unavailable. Please note you will only be charged for the items shipped. Back-ordered items will not be charged. We follow up on back-orders and ship them as soon as they become available. If the back-ordered portion is small or a long time has passed, we will contact you before shipping to verify that you still want the back-order. Shipping charges quoted with your order are only estimated and do not include extended area delivery surcharge as it may be imposed by the carrier. Shipping charges do not include customs duties and processing charges. The customer is ultimately responsible for all charges, fees, duties and taxes associated with shipping and delivery.
Returns & Replacements
In order to maintain the best wholesale prices possible, our official policy is to accept returns for incorrect or defective products only. Color, shade, finish and size may vary slightly from the website picture and description. These variations are not considered defects and we reserve the right to reject them as reasons for return. Claims must be reported within 10 days. No credits or allowances will be issued on merchandise held over 30 days. All returns must have prior approval and a Return Authorization Number. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and resalable. Custom, import or special orders are not returnable. Please package your return safely and write the Return Authorization Number outside the box. Unauthorized refusal of a shipment is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and the shipping cost both ways.
Website Errors
We work hard to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. When a mistake is discovered, we make it a priority to correct it as soon as possible. Still, due to the sheer volume and variety of products we work with, mistakes may and do happen ocassionally. If a product details, image or price seem contradictory or too good to be true, there may be an error. Please check with us before placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders with typographical errors.
Product Usage & Depictions
Our products are intended for ornamental use in jewelry, crafts and accessories. Unless otherwise indicated, they are not suitable for children, exposure to water, friction, impact, chemicals, sweat, salt or perfume. Products with superficial platings, coatings or finishes may change color, peel or fade with normal wear and tear. To determine if our product is suitable for your purpose, please test it thoroughly. We make no guarantee of suitability or fitness. Color, shade, finish and size may vary slightly from the website picture and description, and from previous lots of the same product. These variations are not considered defects. We are not responsible for any loss, liability or claims arising out of the use of our products. In any event, Beadmaster's liability may not exceed the purchase price of the product.
